Phnom Penh Post - Speeding car hits moto riders, barriers and car
A speed demon screeched to a stop in the capital’s Chamkarmon district yesterday morning, but only after he managed to collect three people on motos, two street barricades and finally a tony Lexus along the way.
The manical driver lost control of his Land Cruiser before he careened into the three victims, injuring them.
He was arrested on the spot by concerned citizens who witnessed the fracas and held him until police arrive.
