Swashbuckling sword swinger spoils shindig

A 26-year-old decided to pull out a machete instead of his best dance moves when he attacked his victim with a blade at a celebration in Kandal province’s Kraing Yov commune on Sunday.

Police say a quarrel had broken out at the pagoda where the party was happening when the suspect struck the 34-year-old victim in the head with his weapon.

Authorities came to arrest the attacker and the dizzied dancer was taken by relatives to the hospital.
