Teacher regrets passing pair of thieving students

A capital bag snatching became an impromptu class reunion as a pair of students stole from their former teacher on Wednesday.

Taking a motodop home from a private school in Meanchey district, the instructor watched the duo steer close and pull away her purse.

On the escape, though, they veered into another rider and fell. Bystanders apprehended one thief, while the other fled with the satchel.

Cops came and took the boy into custody where he claimed they hadn’t known they were robbing their former educator until after the deed was done.
