A veritable problem child was arrested in Phnom Penh’s Chbar Ampov district after fleeing a police roadblock on Tuesday.
Upon seeing the checkpoint, the 14-year-old allegedly did a u-turn on his moto – which had no licence plates – prompting police to give chase.
They finally stopped and searched the boy, finding a machete on his moto. The boy reportedly confessed to using the machete to rob people at night along with a few friends. Koh Santepheap
