A stolen phone was the subject of another crime in the capital’s Meanchey district on Saturday.

This time, three boyish burglars snuck into a home while the owner was bathing, and slipped off with the stolen goods.

When the man confronted the mischievous youths they confessed to selling the $400 phone for a measly $23.
