A 26-year-old was arrested and charged in Kandal thanks to his unhealthy penchant for two-wheeled vehicles.

According to police, the youngster hired a motodop before attempting to rob him of his bike on Thursday. When that failed, he stole a bicycle from a villager later that night.

He was picked up the next morning and confessed to stealing and selling nine motorbikes to raise money to indulge in his other passions: drugs and prostitutes. Nokorwat
