Marrying a person half your age might be controversial, but robbing one – that’s downright criminal.

A 26-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly participating in the theft of a 13-year-old boy’s phone as he walked in a park in Banteay Meanchey province.

But the lad told his dad – a clerk for the provincial court, conveniently enough – who quickly informed police. The cops arrested the suspect and are on the lookout for an alleged accomplice. RASMEI KAMPUCHEA
