A 41-year-old Turkish man arrested in Sihanoukville late on Thursday evening learned the hard way that while good manners cost nothing, rudeness can be costly.
Police reported that the drunken suspect crashed his car into a parked tuk-tuk and a guesthouse signpost at 11pm.
Following the smash – in which no one was hurt – the tipsy Turk began arguing rudely with the owner of the tuk-tuk and bystanders, drawing the attention of the police, who took the Turk to the station.
