One tourist’s holiday got decidedly less carefree after her bag was snatched just as she was leaving her hotel.

The woman and three friends were exiting their lodging in the capital’s Chamkarmon district on Tuesday night, relaxed after dinner, when two ne’er-do-wells rode up to them and pinched the girl’s bag, which contained a smartphone and some cash.

The two thieves took off while the four luckless ladies made their way to the police station to file a complaint.
