Two farmers in Svay Rieng’s Svay Teab district are recovering in hospital after a brutal traffic collision on Friday afternoon.

Police said the duo were travelling at high speed when they ran into a homemade tractor going in the opposite direction.

The crash left both unconscious and with broken limbs, while the driver of the tractor ditched his ride and fled on foot.
