Traffic jam drives thief into the arms of justice

A thief may have fled from Kampong Cham to Phnom Penh, but retribution still caught up with him eventually.

The opportunistic offender had stolen a truck in Kampong Cham province while its owner was feeding his pigs and drove all the way to the capital.

As (ill) luck would have it, he crashed into a tuk-tuk and a car, injuring two people. The stuck truck could not advance, allowing the police to make a quick arrest.
