Trailed dealer leads cop straight to drugs

A careless alleged dealer led cops right to a drug den in Phnom Penh’s Meanchey district on Saturday.

Police said an officer had spotted a man putting some drugs in his moto, and followed him to a guest house.

After backup arrived, the police swarmed the place, bursting into a room full of nine people, apparently engaged in packaging drugs for sale.

Police rounded up the suspects, along with 18 packets of drugs, and sent them to court. KOH SANTEPHEAP
