Trio uses confusion tactic in bag snatching

In what appears to be an elaborate bag snatch, a grocery seller at a market in Pailin lost $502 yesterday when a group of women distracted the 45-year-old stall keeper.

According to the victim, three women had approached her stall, each one ordering multiple items at the same time.

Overwhelmed by all the requests, the victim only later noticed her bag was gone.

The grocery seller said she will not file a complaint but warned others to be vigilant when dealing with multiple customers at once.
