Tuol Kork proves it’s bag theft capital of Blotter

A hard day at the office got a lot harder for a woman whose bag was snatched on her way home from work on Tuesday in the capital’s Tuol Kork district.

As she was riding away from her workplace, two men on a moto veered close, grabbed the purse and darted off.

Though the bag only contained a small amount of cash, about $30, it also contained her ATM card and ID.

A complaint was filed to police, but the perps remain at large.
