A man won’t be winning any awards for best son after attacking his own mother with a bamboo stick over the weekend.

The booze-soaked belligerent told police that he attacked his mother after she refused to give him money to purchase his favourite drop of wine.

He went on to recommend to presumably disbelieving police that she run faster next time if she doesn’t want to get hurt.
