Visitors to outpatients in just one robbery

Two men were robbed at gunpoint as they returned from visiting a friend in hospital in Phnom Penh on Monday.

As they returned, a man pulled out in front of them, forcing them to halt, before his accomplices sprang into action, clobbering their victims with their guns before making off with their motos as they fired warning shots into the air.

Police mounted a search for the suspects, to no avail, but did escort the victims to hospital for a post-bashing checkup.
