Thirst begat theft in Phnom Penh’s Choam Chao commune on Friday, when a couple were robbed as they stopped to buy water.

The couple were on their way to their home in Takeo after an NGO function when the parched pair parked in front of a convenience store to purchase some drinks.

When they returned, their moto had evaporated into thin air. They filed a complaint and police are searching for suspects.
