Cambodia's favourite grift – the borrowed moto – reared its ugly head this week as a man used it against the woman he ostensibly loved.
Police said a Poipet man “borrowed” his girlfriend’s ride for a trip home to his native Battambang.
Days later, he was back in the rowdy border town, but the bike remained in Battambang, where he had pawned it for about $425.
No longer blinded by love, the woman promptly had him arrested.
