In another criminal tale involving a poor choice of victim, four were arrested in Mondulkiri on Wednesday night after they tried to steal a moto belonging to a plain clothes cop.

The group approached the man and threatened him with a knife. The fearless officer is said to have then calmly pulled out his own weapon, revealing he was a policeman.
