A teen selling meth out his house in the capital’s Tuol Kork district was caught out by eagle-eyed neighbours on Monday.

His lack of discretion cost him dearly, as police were quick to the scene, though not quick enough to apprehend his slippery clientele.

Police are now questioning him, and believe the 19-year-old may provide clues as to the whereabouts of bigger fish in Phnom Penh’s meth-dealing scene.
