Two would-be thieves failed to make a getaway when their suspicious nocturnal behaviour drew the eye of patrolling police.
The pair were allegedly caught red-handed just after midnight on Saturday near a school in the capital’s Dangkor district, attempting to unlock a moto.
Police found the two, aged 19 and 21, armed with tools to unfetter the vehicles.
It seems they learned their lesson and dobbed in three fellow moto theft conspirators, who were arrested the next day.
