Art the Homefinder's Spot of the week

This well-designed four-bedroom villa at Northbridge comes with a garden and pool and first class security.

The inviting entryway and surrounding foliage.

The spacious common room is the first thing guests will see when they come in.

One of the six bedrooms, all with personal bathrooms.

The kitchen is simple but it has everything you need to get the job done. WILL BAXTER

This four-bedroom villa is foreign designed to take advantage of the sunlight and breezes, resulting in lower power costs. Situated in a community setting, there are parks, plenty of trees and very little noise.

Utilities and service:
There are standard charges for electricity and water in this community, but because of the well thought out design of this villa, the air-conditioning gets very little use, and there is a back-up generator for those rare times the mains power cuts out.

This would have to be one of the most secure locations in the country, with a checkpoint at the entrance to the community, a second checkpoint inside and regular patrols 24-hours a day.

This is a great location and one which is popular with foreigners doing business in Cambodia. With an international school nearby, European designed villas and a high level of security, this is the perfect location for a family.

The owners are asking for $3,000 per month in rent, but they say the rent is negotiable for the right tenent. This is really good value for a four-bedroom villa in this area with a garden, pool and 24-hour security.

This villa is fully furnished with quality pieces including nice soft sofas and chairs. The furnishings are very tastfully done, there are built-in cupboards in the bedrooms and good quality beds. There is also a beautiful dining table and chairs in the dining room which overlook the garden.

Everything is in fine working order and almost new. There are handymen on call in the community and if anything breaks the owner will cover the cost of repairs.

AS always, my rating system is based on an innovative five stars rating system.
