Art of homefinder's spot of the week

This swish apartment has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, great views and is in a nice part of town.

There is plenty of room in this spacious three-bedroom villa in BKK1, with a big garden at the front and another garden at the back. The next tennent can work with the owners to furnish this recently renovated property and make it just how they want. PHA LINA

Nice big bedrooms are a feature of this apartment and with two windows in this bedroom there is plenty of light. The kitchen, above, also boasts plenty of room and good, natural lighting as well. RICK VALENZUELA

This great apartment has a huge balcony on the roof terrace with good views of the city. The perfect place to relax or unwind after a long day. The neighbourhood is good with everything nearby from shops to restaurants and markets.

Utilities and service:
Most apartments in town charge 0.25 cents per unit for electricity, and this place is no different. Water is also a standard charge. There is also free internet, free parking and 24-hour security.

There is 24-hour security as one would expect at an apartment block, the surrounding area is very safe and it is rare for there to be any trouble in this neighbourhood.

This is a great location in the BKK1 area near some nice cafes and restaurants in a quiet neighbourhood with only one apartment block nearby. It is also close to a supermarket and there are many markets nearby.

Situated in BB1, this lovely two-bedroom apartment with three bathrooms is available for rent for US$550 per month, but a tennent may be able to negotiate that down for a long-term lease.

The apartment is fully furnished with basic cane furniture, which is easy to clean and easy to move around. If a tennent wanted to change it or bring in more that would be no problem after a talk with the owners.

Everything is in fine working order and the owner has checked everything and made some repairs recently. Again, if the new tennent wants to add something or change something the owner will be more than happy to do so.

AS always, my rating system is based on an innovative five thumbs-up rating system.
