Phnom Penh: A place with some spirit

LOCATED to the north of Phnom Penh, Wat Phnom encases the city’s most iconic pagoda, the spiritual heart of the city, and its surrounding gardens. Better known for its high-end hotels, the district is serviced by various forms of entertainment, scattered about the leafy streets of this pedestrian-friendly suburb. The apartment is located in a block that includes 24-hour management and security and servicing is available at an additional cost. The price of this apartment is $550 per month in addition to electricity, water and internet costs.
