Gameweek 20 of the CC/PPP/CTN Fantasy League was one of the highest scoring rounds in the history of the competition, with just two games over the weekend featuring less than three goals.

The results list was topped off by a bombastic performance by Arsenal, who shot down Newcastle 7-3, with one man standing out from the crowd.

Theo Walcott bagged a hat-trick plus two assists to take him to a total of 26 fantasy points, the best individual score of the season so far.

In the Fantasy League, this week’s top five all had the Arsenal midfielder as their captain and were awarded 52 points.

Visal Oum, manager of BlackCluster, was one of them and, together with Liverpool striker Luiz Suarez (13 points) and Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata (8) in his line-up, led the gameweek with 94 points.

Visal picks up the weekly spoils of a $20 phone voucher and T-shirt from sponsors Cellcard.

The Dream Team led by Walcott also includes other high-profile players. Man City forward Edin Dzeko scored two in a 4-3 win over Norwich for 16 points, while Chelsea’s Frank Lampard also doubled up in goals to earn 15 points for faithful managers.

For the second time in as many gameweeks, Southampton striker Rickie Lambert made the elite 11 thanks to his 15 points from a goal and two assists.

Gameweek 21 starts tonight at 7:45pm, so get your transfers done quickly and give yourself the best chance of early success in 2013.
