The Football Federation of Cambodia held an opening ceremony at Olympic Stadium yesterday for the start of its five-day FIFA endorsed Intermediate Refereeing Course. Six professional instructors will coach 25 referees to obtain official certificates. The ceremony included speeches by federation officials, as well as one by FIFA development officer in Kuala Lumpur Azimi Bin Abdullah.
